There are two types of Communication Sessions available for Gift Giving:

One-hour interactive discussion between Dr. Lauren, the pet's guardian and the pet.
Topical discussion session with the pet only - the guardian does not need to be present or to interact with Dr. Lauren

If you choose the one-hour Interactive Discussion, after your purchase, you'll receive a PDF gift certificate via email that you can share with the recipient. It will explain how to book the session.

IMPORTANT: The gift certificate will expire one year from the date of purchase. The money-back guarantee does not apply to gifted sessions.

Is the need urgent? Appointments are dependent on Dr. Lauren’s availability, so an immediate need may not be a good fit for a gifted session.

If you choose the pet-only Topical Discussion, please be sure to upload a recent photo of the pet, making sure they are looking at the camera. The money-back guarantee does not apply to gifted sessions.
